Sehr großes Appartement zum günstigen Preis, ruhige Lage. Supernetter, hilfsbereiter Service.
Die Räume könnten teilweise neue Farbe vertragen, aber für den Super Preis ist das voll in Ordnung.

MOST important thing was I could park my car and location was good.
I will be over every second week from October and your prices have shot right up. So unfortunately I cant afford to stay there. Which is a pity because I love the apartment.
I dont like that I have to wait till 3pm I was in the country at 11am. I dont see why you charge so much for an early book in..

Food was left in the cupboards. Cigarettes buts left on the balcony. A spillage on the balcony wasnt cleaned up. I had to buy batteries for the remote control for air conditioning

L’appartement bien, équipé et neuve
Le fait de pas pouvoir joindre par téléphone l’équipe qui s’occupe de l’appartement, j’étais un quart d’heure devant la porte de rentrer sans savoir comment on l’ouvre

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und man ist superschnell bei der U6 in die City. Die WG ist sehr geräumig und auch ohne Auto gut erreichbar. Ein grosser Pluspunkt ist die Klimaanlage gewesen in den letzten Tagen, wo es bis 40 Grad heiss war.
Die Vermieter haben immer sehr schnell aufs Mail reagiert wenn man eine Frage hatte. Alles Elektronisch, das App gut durchlesen. Dann weiss man auch wie man ins Haus kommt. Hatte das leider übersehen und stand vor verschlossener Haupteingangstüre. Code für die Wohnungstüre kommt Punkt 15.00.
Tolle Nespresso Kaffeemaschine und die Küche ist mit Backofen und Mikrowelle ausgerüstet. Leider wenig Geschirr, keine Gratinform oder Schüssel.
Gute Wohnung für einen Wien Besuch.
Die Parkgarage ist ein Witz in der heutigen Zeit, wo viele Autos höher als 145cm sind. Ich hatte das Bild vor der Buchung zwar gesehen und mein Auto ist jetzt nicht gerade ein Riesen SUV. Doch leider etwas höher als 145 cm. Auf der Strasse gibt es keine PP, nur mit Pickerl oder mit Parkkarten, doch wo man die bekommt, keine Ahnung.
Mit wurde ein Parkhaus fünf Min. Entfernt angegeben. Wenn man das entgegen der Pendler benutzt hat man gut einen Parkplatz. Nach 17.00 . Ist auch gleich bei einer U-Bahn und günstig.
Weingläser gibt es keine, dafür Riesen Wassergläser.
