It is clean and well situated.
A car is handy but you can still catch a bus.
The area is quiet. No antisocial nonsense.
The neighbours were all very quiet.
There is not much to not like other than booking.com’s inability to send the email with the check-in instructions - not the fault of the hosts.
The parking spaces are tight - if you have a Range Rover you will struggle.

Great spacious flat, bathroom and en suit, boiling tap and normal tap in kitchen. (and fizzy water which did confuse me filling up a bottle!) Fish were a lovely addition. Easy to find in a good spot to local amenities. Locks were easy to understand and once we worked out the ipad that controlled the place it was awesome. Host was easy to get ahold of and answered all quiries promptly.
Bed was too hard for myself and my husband but if you like a harder mattress you'll be fine.
