We couldn't even get in with the key code provided

We were given the wrong information on getting into the apartment, so the key code we had been told was not working. When we arrived, we found a baby buggy outside the apartment we were meant to be staying in - which felt like someone was already staying there and they had double booked us. I have proof of my trying to call their so-called "24/7 Line" which we had no answer on. I called Booking.com who said that they couldn't help until an hour had gone by, so eventually at 3am we checked into a completely different hotel. Eventually when this 24/7 company reached out, 7 hours later - they claimed that they had never been contacted by myself. Another lie. Very disappointing, especially given all the positive reviews on here.

Pięknie, aż dech zapiera!

Lokalizacja idealna, bardzo blisko Dworca Głównego i Starówki. Apartament bardzo czysty, wygodny i przestronny. Wszystkie udogodnienia typu zmywarka, pralka, żelazko, ekspres do kawy i piękna zastawa stołowa sprawia, ze pobyt w tym miejscu to prawdziwa rozkosz. Cicha okolica i sterylna czystość. Idealny kontakt z wlascicielem oraz jasne instrukcje zameldowania. Bardzo wygodne łóżka i przestronne sypialnie. Elementy dekoracji dajace poczucie przytulnosci i nawiązujące do uroku Krakowa.

Nie było nic co mogło by się nie podobać!

Miejscówka na 5

Najlepsza lokalizacja, mieszkanie ładnie urządzone, z klimatem, cisza i spokój mimo okolicy dworca, kamienica bezpieczna, okolice patio i klatki schodowe czyste. Dobry kontakt w razie potrzeby. Wifi działa bardzo dobrze, tv również. Wyposażona kuchnia, ekspres do kawy (na kapsułki typu nespresso, jeśli dla kogoś to ważna informacja). Suszarka do włosów na wyposażeniu.

Całkowicie zatkany odpływ umywalki w łazience oraz grzyb w rogach prysznica; odpływ prysznica też przytkany.
