• Spacious apartment, great for a family of six (2 adults + 4 children)
• Comfortable beds, clean bed linen and towels
• Two bathrooms: one large bathroom with a toilet in the master bedroom, and a separate shower room with another toilet — very convenient
• A small sauna inside the apartment and a billiard table in the living room — a nice bonus
• Well-equipped kitchen: plenty of dishes, dishwasher with capsules, washing machine with drying function, laundry capsules also provided
• Excellent location with convenient public transport connections
• Great solution for parking: we used the P+R at Kongresové centrum costs 100 CZK per day (after that hourly rate applies or you need to leave the car park and enter it again for another 24h parking for 100 CZK) and bought a 24-hour public transport pass (120 CZK) per adult — children under 10 travel free
• The PID Lítačka app is super helpful for buying tickets, planning routes, checking schedules, and following the route on the map
• Excellent communication with the property staff — a polite and friendly young man checked us in and provided all the necessary information
• Cleanliness needs serious improvement — dirty floors, stained walls
• The sofa in the living room needs professional upholstery cleaning — it didn’t feel clean or comfortable to sit/sleep on
• The frying pan must be replaced — everything sticks to it, even with oil. It was impossible to cook even basic things like fried eggs
• A light renovation and deep cleaning would greatly enhance the apartment
• Key pickup was inconvenient — the office is about 15 minutes away by foot or car (car rout longer in distance)
• No private parking near the apartment, and parking in the city center is expensive (private garages are often full and cost €13-40 per day depending on location).
