Management addressed concerns quickly and we had a positive stay there.

It was a good size for our group, it was clean and the management staff was very communicative, they responded in a friendly way and resolved issues in a timely manner. Kitchen is well equipped. WiFi and A/C worked well.

One bathroom was inoperative and pool initially had a lot of leaves in it.

Fell short of expectations due to privacy, maintenance, and communication issues.

The rooms were spacious and the seating was comfortable. Good location with nearby beaches and shopping.

There were several issues during our stay. The most significant was that there is a tenant living in an adjacent unit on the property with direct visibility into the pool area. This was not clearly disclosed when booking. The information only appeared buried deep in the listing within an accordion-style section under company-specific details—something a typical guest would not reasonably notice. Another reviewer mentioned the same surprise. Because of this, the property did not feel private as expected, especially when using the pool with our family. The pool area also appeared poorly maintained upon arrival. There were leaves and debris settled at the bottom of the pool, and the porch and surrounding area were covered with leaves and pollen. It did not appear to have been cleaned prior to guest turnover. We arrived Wednesday afternoon, and the pool was not cleaned until Friday morning, making it unusable for the first portion of our stay. There was also an issue with the trundle bed mattress, which appeared to be stained and did not have a mattress pad. The cleaning crew attempted to address this, but did not have the necessary bedding on the first visit and had to return later that afternoon. Communication with the property was inconsistent. We were told we would receive a call back the first night regarding these issues, but that never happened. We had to follow up ourselves to get a response. A partial refund was eventually issued through the platform, which we appreciated, but it did not feel proportionate to the issues encountered during the stay.
