The condo was perfect! Everything that we needed for a great stay was provided. Kitchen was well appointed and all the “beach stuff” we needed was there. Comfortable beds and decent sheets and towels.
Even though the property is quite small we had a hard time finding the unit.
Also, we were not originally told that there was one assigned parking space for the unit. Learned that a few days later when I talked to someone that lived there and said that each unit had one assigned space.
But my real complaint is this… I asked prior to arrival if there were beach chairs and a cart, etc., for the beach. I was told that the only thing they probably had were beach towels. So I purchased a cart, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a car topper to carry all this stuff because it wouldn’t fit in my car. (Had to spend a few hundred dollars on these items). Much to our surprise when we arrived at the condo, everything that I purchased already existed in the condo!!
This was quite frustrating when we arrived because of the effort that I put in to spend money and cart all that stuff to Florida when I didn’t need to. Please follow up with staff that is uninformed about your properties. I feel that whoever I spoke to on more than one occasion had never been in the property probably wasn’t even in the same city!
