The staff was very helpful and welcoming. They showed me a couple of rooms to choose from, which I really appreciated. The room was perfect for my needsâclean, comfortable, and the air conditioner worked perfectly. I had absolutely no issues during my stay. Iâm actually a pretty picky person when it comes to hotels, so that says a lot!

We got to the room at about 5:00. We ran the air conditioner for an hour. It was keeping the room warm. We reported it to the front desk. She came and looked and said it was cooling fine. We waited another hour. Still warm in the room. She said they would change out the air conditioner at 9:00. She said it would take 5 minutes to change. It took over 1/2 an hour. After 4 1/2 hours of warmth, the room began to cool. đ”âđ«
They should have moved us to another room. They had plenty of rooms available.
