30 minute easy walk to city. Morrison store and great cafe 15 mins away. Room and bathroom very clean. Access to kitchen, with our own fridge ( we only needed kettle and microwave, but stove was there too). Quick and helpful response from owner. Bus stop at bottom of the hill, but we chose taxi £6-8 from Canterbury East as we got in late. Quiet location. Other tenant were quiet.
At times, neighbours above were noisy- but not the owners fault ( can happen anywhere).

Close to transportation to the city, very nice hosts, we had everything we needed and everything was clean!
There wasn't a fan or a portable ac, we knew this before we came but it would be nice to have one. Overall had a lovely stay! Highly recommend!

Clean and tidy, private shower room and access to kitchen and cooking facilities.
Good location for city or the coast.
