The overall decor was attractive. Lovely crockery and cutlery fine with more than just two of each item. Cooking utensils quite adequate though couldn’t find a sieve. Little induction hob surprisingly efficient and good pans for the hob. Towels thick and very clean but bed sheet and duvet cover a little worn. Storage limited but that should be clear from photos and if you are tidy not a problem. The sail to keep sun out of the cabin an excellent idea and a very efficient fan provided. Nice to have garden area that provided some shade for most of the day. WiFi and TV fine with clear instructions for the latter. The village is lovely with great shop and pub we loved - the Nag’s Head with the friendliest locals. Lovely area and plenty of places to visit in east reach. Good parking.
Hand over of keys could have been smoother and host was pleasant for the short time we spent together. The decking is ancient and in very poor condition with multiple trip hazards on offer! The outside table and chairs all needed a good wipe down before using them and the table is broken in places. The gate catch is infuriating and needs fixing. The kettle was full of water and loads of lime scale bits. The pillows have just had it! The shower is complicated but good once you fathom the controls. There was a light layer of dust over all but the fan was thick with it and needed to be taken outside and thoroughly cleaned. My partner has a chronic chest condition and had I not noticed the dust and switched the fan on it would have been very nasty for her.

Very handy location in middle of village with its own parking spot. Sara, the owner, was very helpful and always answered messages very promptly. The cabin is small but has been fitted out ingeniously and has most things one would need for self catering. Had a bit of a panic about cooking until I found the plug-in hob though! Lovely bathroom with excellent shower and plenty of towels
The fridge was just basically a mini bar with very little room for the necessities. I think some thought could be given for a slight rearrangement to accommodate a little fridge with freezer compartment (I do like my ice’)

Central to everywhere,ie Hay on wye & Hereford .we also travelled to Monmouth ,Symmonds Yak & Ross on wye, all pretty close . The cabin was comfy , with everything you needed . Wonderful pub the Nags head ( amazing food, large portions) value for money. Oh and a little hidden gem " Arthur's stone ". Sara was lovely, welcomed with a big smile.
Small t.v but then we have bad eyesight haha

The property is really nice and cozy and in a nice village with beauytiful surrounding views. The host was very flexible with check-in and check-out times and always very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!
