Newly renovated. Clean rooms, furniture still in good condition. Well lighted parking lot. Lots of cameras. (These are crucial for the neighborhood the motel is in.)
Not a hotel, despite the name of the business. It's a motel. Not only in terms of exterior room access but also the absolute minimalist approach to amenities. A king-sized bed at a hotel (or motel) should have more than two, old, limp pillows. Housekeeping had missed a used towel and shower cap hanging on the back of the bathroom door and a used washcloth on the top of the shelf in the bathroom.
