Appartamento comodo, pulito, ben arredato, ubicato in una palazzina di una zona residenziale a 10-15 minuti a piedi dal centro storico, nelle vicinanze un panificio per la colazione. Molto gentile e disponibile l'host. Il divano letto è ovviamente meno comodo di un letto, più adatto a due ragazzi che a due adulti, ma comunque sufficientemente confortevole, soprattutto per brevi soggiorni. Molto comoda la macchina del caffè con capsule a disposizione. Facilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze se si arriva in auto.
L'attesa per l'acqua calda, inevitabile con lo scaldabagno elettrico quando si è in più persone ad usare la doccia. Comunque una pecca lieve, che non inficia la valutazione complessiva.

Lokacija na Skalicama je izvrsna jer je u blizini sam centar grada, plaže i Marjan. Naselje je mirno. Sve preporuke.

Our stay was simply great. The apartment was really clean, it is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Beyond that it had all the facilities we needed (including kitchen and washing machine) and the location was just perfect, with a delicious bakery on the corner, two supermarkets very close, and a few minutes by car from the Riva. There was space to park the car for free on the street around the building. Last but not least, the host was really kind and gave us great suggestions of beaches to visit and also really good restaurants.
