Spacious, and it has everything I need for my family of 5. The 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets are really convenient too.
There is no dryer, but luckily there is a 24-hr self help launderette just opposite the house. The garage is small but just about fit my Toyota Kluger (7-seater). The living room on ground floor is a bit cold but thankfully, the heating for rooms on the second floor work well 👍

Cleanliness.
Dead plants and thriving weeds in courtyard . Lack of a blind on third bedroom skylight making it unusable for small children. Only one front door key.

I really took advantage of the filter water tap. That is an excellent idea, especially for people who travel lots and have to deal with changing water a lot. sometimes bottled water can be bulky and tiring to manage, so a filter water tap in the kitchen means we could just go straight to the property and drink filtered water straight away.
The stairs were a bit of a difficulty at this property, but also, couldn't be helped. It may also be worth it to provide a clothes dryer as well.
