La casa è ristrutturata e pulita.
Il padrone di casa mi ha scritto il giorno stesso del nostro arrivo per darmi le informazioni relative al recupero automatico delle chiavi ma non ci ha dato nessuna informazione sulla casa, sui riscaldamenti o sulla presenza di coperte. Non funzionava l'apertura automatica del portone.

Mi è piaciuto la posizione, la.possibilitá di parcheggiare nei dintorni anche senza pagare il parcheggio, appartamento ristrutturato praticamente nuovo, ben attrezzato e pulito.

Apartamento novo com todas as comodidades descritas, bem decorado e muito confortável. A localização também é ótima , no centro de Lá Spezia a um quarteirão da Marina. Local ideal para explorar Cinque Terre. Nas proximidades há vario comércio local e ao lado um restaurante ótimo.

The location is in a quiet area, quite close to the center and 20-30 min walk from the central station. The apartment is ok for a family or two couples.
I didn't like that they didn't give us the option to check in earlier than 3:00 PM, not to mention that at 3:00 PM the apartment wasn't cleaned, a cleaning lady had just arrived. The cleaning was done in a hurry, not in a proper manner. Therefore, at 4:00 PM, the apartment was handed over to us with zero sanitation and instructions on how and where to clean. Everything superficial. The apartment is not cleaned during the stay, ARB&b style.
