La habitación moderna y limpia. Muy buen trato de la anfitriona que nos dejó hacer el chekin un poco antes.
Un pelín retirado del casco histórico pero se podía hacer andando.

Quarto limpo, bem localizado. Check in bastante fácil.
O barulho do ar condicionado que dificultou o descanso. Como sugestão de melhoria, creio que além do café que estava no quarto, como tem uma cafeteira seria bom terem 2 ou 3 pacotes de chá, como chegamos depois na meia noite, um chá teria sabido bem.

The apartment is in a good location for Split, between a 5-10 min walk to most attractions and amenities. The host was responsive on message to any questions we had. It was clean which is always a positive.
Unfortunately, there were a few issues we experienced during our one-night stay.
The air-con unit wasn’t the most efficient, it would make a very loud whirring sound and it wasn’t very cool or powerful. We stayed in September meaning we needed the air-con unit to sleep, however due to the noise made it difficult to and did not make us much cooler.
The corridor to the rooms had a smell of cigarettes, which as non-smokers was not enjoyable.
All the apartments have a key-less entry system with your own unique code, which is handy to check in, however it does not seem the most secure as this is the only locking system on the door and is no other extra security once you’re in your apartment.
The walls and doors are also very thin between rooms/corridor. We could hear next door in the bathroom running the tap and shaving, during the night we could also hear slight noise in the corridor very prominently.
We unfortunately struggled to sleep during our stay because of this and also, the light in the corridor seemed to be on a timer/sensor and kept turning off and on every few minutes, which would shine through the door.
The rooms are nice, however do not fit the “luxury” title, the bedside tables were flimsy and not very sturdy, we also had two single duvets on the bed instead of a double, which was obscure.
Another thing to note, it is an early check out time of 10am, and no space to leave any luggage, which meant we had to pay extra to leave our luggage elsewhere as we had an evening flight.
