The property was extremely central, we could see Gelateria Emeliana. The room we booked was perfect, had all the amenities we needed, and it was easy to get to. The instructions received from Simon on how to do a self check in were perfect, he really ensured we were well taken care of during our stay.

Was a bit noisy, though windows blocked out most of it. I would say bathroom could do with updating.

Had an excellent stay at Central Rooms in Split during a lads' trip and would definitely stay here again.
The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable sofa and TV area, a separate bathroom and shower room, and a large, very comfortable bed with great pillows. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a lifesaver in the heat, and the room was surprisingly quiet when the windows were closed despite being in a lively area.
Everything was exactly as it should be – the shower was always hot, the fridge kept drinks ice cold, and the apartment was clean and comfortable throughout our stay.
Communication with the owner was fantastic from start to finish, making check-in and the whole experience completely hassle-free. You don't really see the owners or staff during your stay, which gives you plenty of privacy, but the cleaning lady was always friendly and pleasant to chat with whenever we saw her.
The location is hard to beat. It's right next to a club for anyone wanting to enjoy the nightlife, only around 5 minutes' walk to the main square, and about 10 minutes to the marina. My friends stayed in the rooms next to mine and were equally impressed.
A perfect base for exploring Split. Highly recommended and I'd happily stay here again.
