I like the privacy of the property, the entrance is separate from the rest of the apartments so it feels very safe. The property was very well maintained and lovely, great amenities and the perfect space for 6 people to share.

Great location, just a few minutes from Santa Barbara, Montecito, and beautiful Summerland shops. The apartment itself was really well-maintained, clean, and well-decorated. It had everything we needed.
There is nothing that we didn't like.

The private garden was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee. The home was clean, and felt very welcoming for a stay. The location was great-quiet, yet close to everything we needed.
Nothing major, the bathroom was a bit awkward since it was located inside of one room.
