The location was convenient and VERY quiet in the mornings. Things livened up once the night market opened but it was still mostly peaceful. The views from the first floor rooms were excellent.
We had to wait around a bit for staff to collect money and there was an issue with the key pads running out of battery, thereby getting locked out of our room for a while. However, we were given a slight discount for our trouble

Location, spacious, away from hustle & bustle but not too far away.
There was nothing we didn’t like.

The property is very close to old town, night market abd eateries, making it very easy to get around by walking
There’s construction works next door and in front of property (govt work due to flood) which starts very early at 7am and ends at 5pm.
