The staff are very attentive and rush to bring you water every time you return to the villa. Breakfast is great, options such as banh mi, all different kinds of eggs cooked fresh, pho or yoghurt and fruit. Great view from the pool area and the hotel itself is in a great area, very close to the night market and 2 mins from the old town
The only thing that would improve the stay would be if the pool was cleaned around the tiles, they were a bit scummy and offputting but other than this a wonderful stay

Where to start - we could not have been more happy that we booked in here. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with warmth and care that I have seen nowhere else. Our hosts were so attentive and so kind - they literally could not do enough for us.
We were travelling with a baby - they made sure he had things to play with, were happy to set up a cot for us, ensured he had all his favourite things to eat etc.
For the adults, we had brilliant breakfasts (the food and drinks just kept coming) and great advice on where to go, what to pay for goods and how to stay safe.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, a couple didn't have proper windows but it didn't actually matter for the amount of time we were there.
The location was sensational- right near the night market but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful.
We used the pool a couple of times and it was great to sit there watching the boats go by.
We couldn't recommend this place highly enough to anyone wanting a Hoi An stay.

The family who ran the place were so nice and the breakfast was phenomenal! So while I do think the prices are over inflated for the condition of accommodation itself, the staff and breakfast really made up for it. Location is ideal as well. While only two blocks off from the night market I expected a lot more noise. Stayed three nights Friday, Saturday and Sunday and only Friday night was loud with karaoke a couple streets away.

Perfekte Gastgeber, die jederzeit behilflich waren. Einfach eingerichtet, aber sehr sauber. Lage war ebenfalls perfekt. Das Frühstück war mit sehr viel Liebe zubereitet und mit leckerem Obst bestückt. Wasser gab es kostenlos so viel man brauchte. Jederzeit würden wir dieses Haus wieder buchen.

Bottled water is served everytime we return to the property & when we leave. We can always help ourselves to bottle water anytime from the fridge.
Suggestions that breakfast be varied with a different menu especially for people on a longer stay like us.

아침 조식으로 망고, 패션프루츠, 수박을 정말 산더미(?)처럼 주셔서 망고는 따로 사먹을 생각도 안했음. 냉장고에 넣어둔 생수를 지나갈때마다 챙겨주셔서 물도 사먹어본 적이 없음. (체크아웃할때도 더 챙겨주심) 여사장님이 일정 물어보고 저렴한 비용으로 투어나 차량을 소개해주셔서 잘 이용했음. (그랩보다 저렴) 올드타운에서 가까워서 웬만한 곳은 걸어다닐 수 있어서 택시 이용도 별로 안함.
방음이 잘 되지 않아서 밖에서 나는 소리(차소리, 오토바이소리, 닭우는소리 등) 때문에 예민한 사람들은 숙면 취하기 어려울 수도 있음. 비 때문에 3층 수영장 옆 테이블을 치운 상태라 1층에서 조식을 먹어서 리버뷰를 즐기며 조식을 먹지는 못했고, 1층에 문을 활짝 열어두기 때문에 살짝 더웠음. 직원이 여럿 있지만 영어는 여사장님만 가능함.

Sehr liebe und zuvorkommende Gastgeberfamilie wodurch man sich sehr wohl gefühlt hat. Ruhige Lage aber in wenigen Minuten am Wasser/Night Market. Großzügiges Frühstück nach Karte. Täglich kostenloses Wasser. Transfer wurde perfekt organisiert.

Lo mejor del alojamiento son los dueños, muy muy amables, nos ayudaron en todo, nos prepararon el desayuno para llevar ya que nos íbamos muy pronto por la mañana, nos fuimos un día antes de lo que teníamos reservado y nos modificaron la reserva de booking para no pagar un día de más.
El desayuno a la carta muy completo, la habitación estaba bien, era amplia. La ubicación perfecta a 1 minuto del night market y de la avenida principal, el homestay se encuentra en una calle paralela por lo que es tranquilo.
El baño podría mejor un poquito pero esta correcto.

Clean and comfortable, great location, great bed, good wifi, very good breakfast, great rooftop pool, cold water bottles and umbrellas available all hours free of charge. Very affordable laundry service. The owners were excellent, always there to greet us and help with anything we need. Fully recommended to anyone traveling to Hoi An.
My only complaint is that the owner was a little bit too aggressive in trying to get us to book tours, taxis, etc. through her. But I know this is how they make a living, and she was always friendly and helpful. Still 10/10 experience.

La colazione più buona che io abbia mai mangiato,un pancake con mango delizioso e soprattutto il giorno dopo,poiché ci avevano anticipato il volo ,alle 5 del mattino ci ha fatto trovare la colazione da portare via.
Ogni volta che entravano il hotel ci offrivano acqua fresca.
Lo consiglio vivamente e aumenterei le stelle, qualità prezzo eccellente!!!!!

Great location on the island in the middle of Hội An, a minute or so walk to the night market, restaurants and bars, we were recommended the Hà Lan Restaurant at the food court just around the corner and the food was fantastic there too and much better prices than the larger restaurants.

A true homestay - the whole family are there and so welcoming whenever coming in or out. I am travelling alone and stayed there over my birthday and they made the effort to go and buy a cake and candles for me which really meant a lot. Laundry service was good and quick. They always had a water ready to give you and all the recommendations of where to eat, tailors, spas were fab.

This is in a very good central location but quiet, one street back from the busy water front. There is a lift. Breakfast simple but enough and plenty of fruit. Nap the owner was very helpful booking a tour and the night bus for us to Nha Trang. She even let us come back to the room after the tour on the day we left and were able to have a shower. Thank you Nap!
