The view, the staff and the ambiance are exceptional. They're so accommodating and helpful. They let us check-in early and upgrade our room with the same rate. The room is beautiful and clean. You can use and borrow their umbrella that was provided in the room since we came in Hoi An in a rainy days which is very helpful. The food is good and generous. Overall the receptionist staff are really friendly, kind and beautiful. Hoi An is really beautiful, kind people and has a chill/healing vibe. 🫶

It was super convenient to get to everything. The rooms were super nice and clean, beds comfy and great aircon. Also the staff were amazing!

Very convenient location and walkable to the old town. Despite location, was still in a quiet area. Staff were very knowledgeable and welcoming, giving us recommendations of tours, performances and paths to cycle nearby. Room was spacious and clean, aircon worked well and had a great shower and pool. Would definitely come again
