Everything was as expected after reading excellent reviews on this site. Location is walking distance to the most attractive places in town. It is SUPER QUIET area, which is a luxury in the noisy Vietnamese streets. Property is small (my guess is no more than 10 rooms). My room had plenty of sunlight and view of the river. It was clean. AC was great and WiFi was strong and reliable. Management/owners were very professional, great communication. They helped me booking a tour around town, and even transportation to another city. everything went as scheduled. Plenty of local food options around. It has a small pool area that is shared with the next door hotel property. If I happen to return to Hoi An, this will be definitely my place to stay again. I stayed for a week and loved it.
I liked everything (Although I think breakfast option should improve). I took it one time and didn’t convince me. Then, I started exploring restaurants around and I loved all the options.

Lovely, lovely, lovely.. everything was fantastic. Location-great. Room-clean and comfortable and cute. Staff-amazing. Kind, helpful and lovely.

The feel of the place is so relaxing and serene, short walk to the center but nice and quiet. Freshly cooked breakfast. Comfortable bed. Lee and is wife are so welcoming
