We spent a full day relaxing in our room at Cham and it was honestly a nice change from constantly being out and about. The room was comfortable, so we ended up having a slow morning, ordering some food and just enjoying the space. It felt good to have a quiet day without needing to go anywhere

We stayed here for three nights and had a wonderful time. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the balcony was a nice place to relax in the evening. The staff were friendly and always greeted us with a smile. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Hoi An

We really enjoyed our stay at Charm Champion. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the balcony overlooking the garden was definitely our favorite part. It was lovely to sit outside in the morning with a coffee and enjoy the quiet atmosphere.
The room had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The location was also convenient, close enough to the Old Town but still peaceful and away from the busy streets. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a lovely place to stay in Hoi An and we would happily come back.

Probably the best compliment we could give Charm Champion was that it was so good we stayed here twice!
It’s nice to stay somewhere the room actually matches the photos you see before booking.
We slept like babies in the comfy bed, and loved the spacious room, with well appointed kitchenette, work space, decent ensuite bathroom, and a small balcony – which was a perfect spot for a sunset beer.
The property itself is perfectly located in a quiet residential area between the old town and beach. That means it’s nice and quiet, and has a lovely local feel - and while you aren’t surrounded by restaurants and bars, there are enough options within a short walk or ride.
There’s a nice shady pool downstairs which is perfect for a cool plunge, and there are free bikes provided to help you get around - I think there were maybe 5 of them – which we used most days – it takes around 10 minutes to ride to the Old Town, and a little longer to the beach.
Aside from the room though, the best thing about this place is the staff, Mia at reception was just brilliant – efficient, friendly and super helpful – and always quick to respond to any requests we had.
We also enjoyed our morning chats with Tu (probably spelt wrong) the ever-smiling and very hardworking housekeeper who tried her best to teach us a few Vietnamese words and phrases.
While we loved having access to free bikes, a few of them are very much in need of repair, with loose chains and slightly dodgy steering. In practice only half of the bikes were usable, and it felt like guests were competing for access to those bikes. It would be great if the owners could implement a regular maintenance schedule to ensure the bikes are safe, and fit for guest use.
