位置不错，周边都是会馆，华人餐馆也很多
1、标准客房没有阳台，四人间才有阳台
2、六楼洗手龙头水压很小，洗澡水压正常
3、冰箱制冷噪音蛮大的

If you want to be in the heart of Chinatown Saigon, this is the place to stay. It is across the road from a morning market with so much amazing food around. The staff are very friendly and speak Cantonese as well as Vietnamese.

localisation parfaite pour visiter le quartier Cholon à pied. Il y a un petit marché dans la rue mais la chambre est parfaitement silencieuse.
Les propriétaires sont charmants même s'ils ne parlent pas un mot d'anglais : on s'est débrouillé avec un traducteur mais on ne peut pas leur demander des informations touristiques.
Ascenseur.
J'ai été surprise pas la fenêtre derrière le rideau (que l'on voit sur la photo) car elle s'ouvre sur un escalier de secours : cela permet d'avoir de l'air mais pas la lumière du jour. Ce n'est pas gênant pour une nuit.

Decent room size, cool A/C. Good water pressure and hot. Convenient location. Helpful service worker.
Very weak WiFi. Loose electrical plugs.
I was asked to transfer to another franchise location when arrived. They offered me an interior room with no windows even I had confirmation for balcony. I rejected the offer and upset and would report them so they gave me a room with windows.
