Staff are nice - Tien is very helpful for any issues. Nice area in Chinatown feels more local than the touristy areas. Room is good for the price you pay. Lots of privacy so doesn’t really feel like a Homestay.

This is a lovely place to stay and I enjoyed my time there. The locals nearby are nice, so just say “Hi” and smile. Good coffee, bạnh mi, and pho bo super close. Very nice vegetarian restaurant about 2 min walk. Large market about 10 min walk away. Beds are comfortable, water pressure is good, AC and fan work great. This checked all the boxes for me.
This place was great for me, but it’s a quiet area. If you want nightlife you’ll need to take a Grab. Also, it’s not a new place, but it is comfortable.

La dueña es muy amable, cercana y atenta.
Ubicación cercana en al centro del barrio chino.
Solamente pasamos unas horas, la habitación era correcta (en las fotos se ven más nuevas). El baño esta afuera de la habitación pero en la misma planta.
