The hotel was part of a hotel chain. Upon arrival, we were not satisfied with the room we had been given. I showed my reservation and did not accept the room offered by the hotel. We were then referred to another hotel nearby. The hotel staff arranged transportation for us and drove us to the new hotel.
At the second hotel, we were very warmly welcomed by the staff. One of the staff members, a young woman named Artura, was extremely helpful and friendly—so much so that my wife wanted me to mention her name specifically.
It was also nice to see that the staff from the first hotel even called us after the transfer to ask whether we were satisfied with our room at the hotel where we ended up staying.

Central location and staff were amazing
The bathroom flooded. The bed was hard as a rock and pillows were like pancakes. The room was small which was appropriate for the price.
