El anfitrión es amable y entiende español, el agua de la ducha estaba caliente siempre, el lugar estaba limpio y tenían cobijas, sábanas, almohadas y toalla limpia para cada cama, buena ubicación, me gusta el estilo de casa tradicional, se siente mas hogareña que un hotel u hostal con apariencia comercial.
La cama que me toco estaba un poco hundida pero dormí cómodamente, el aire acondicionado de la habitación era viejo por lo que hacía ruido, seria mejor si lo cambiaran por un minisplit mas silencioso pero cumplía su función de enfriar la habitación. No tienen estacionamiento privado pero se puede buscar donde estacionar el auto en la calle.

I loved socializing with international people. Ica, Mia, and Naya were great caretakers. Also, there was AC in the room, which was a must-have during summer months. I was able to rent out a room to myself for a very very reasonable price.
Pro-tip: Bring your own bathroom products and towels.
Pro-tip 2: If you want a room key there's a 20 dollar cash deposit.
I'll definitely be staying here again the next time I take the train up to LA.
This seems to be Google's error but the actual address of this property is incorrect. It's the property to the left of this warehouse/garage looking thing. It made it hard to find the property but the caretakers were outside so they helped me out.
The bed and pillows could be more comfortable, but you get what you pay for and I still slept pretty well.

The location was pretty good, I stayed due to the on street parking advertised
On my first night when I returned to the room I had two homeless old women in my room, it was a dorm room yeah but I wasn’t expecting that, they promptly left the room and stayed in the lounge area ??also the parking should be a bit more descriptive in the ad, it is really hard to find a park after dark in the direct area of the hostel, I had to park in the next street on both nights and made it a long walk
