The location was near Pembroke castle and a short walk to the shops etc. the cottage was spacious inside and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Great TV and hifi in the living room. The bathroom was modern and she shower was great. It was also good to have an allocated parking space.
A couple more loo rolls. Parking my car was challenging if a car was parked facing the allocated car parking space. Noisy traffic at the front as next to a busy road. No hand soap in bathroom. No washing up liquid for dishes and the sponge for washing dishes needed changing. Bath wasn't cleaned properly as there was a soap scum mark around the bath at water level. No kitchen basics like milk or cooking oil.

It’s in a great location.
the fridge in the kitchen was broken and leaking water. I have turned off the fridge. The water was leaking everywhere.
The fridge in the dining room was not emptied nor cleaned and there was some food items in fridge and freezer.
The dustbins are not emptied in the bathroom, kitchen. Overall the house was not cleaned well.
I mailed to inform them, there was no reply or any communication at all. They seem to not to be bothered. There was zero communication regarding arrival or departure enquiry. There were mails about the address and key collection and everything.
