Die Lage ist hervorragend, mitten in Grinzing mit allen Versorgungsmöglichkeiten, Bus- und Straßenbahnanschluss.
Die Vermieterorganisation wollte einen Online-Checkin mit Foto des Personalausweises. Das habe ich verweigert. Sensible Daten platziere ich nicht im Netz. Hinterher hat niemand mehr danach gefragt.
TV hat nicht funktioniert, trotz mehrmaliger Reklamation hat sich niemand darum gekümmert. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist äußerst sparsam.

Lage war gut. BIM Station und Läden in der Nähe.
Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ausgelegt. Es waren 2 Trinkgläser vorhanden und eine angefangene WC-Papierrolle. Kein Kleiderschrank und nur 4 Kleiderbügel. Kein TV Live Programm nur Konserven.
