Nice touch with the welcome basket, master bedroom was lovely. Clean and well kitted out.
Very untidy part of the site where the van is situated with no view front or back.
Found a cigarette butt behind the pull out bed in living room and also loads of butt ends outside the caravan door ( which we removed).

Nicely maintained and well equipped, with kitchen and living area spacious enough for our family of 5 to chill when we needed a break. Having 2 bathrooms a bonus. Good location relative to Longridge and the Ribble Valley, which was what we needed. Didn't get time to use the pool but it looked nice.

Really lovely well thought out caravan, extras like board games, PlayStation made a real difference to keeping kids entertained. I would definitely love to visit again
The site facilities included a superb swimming pool, we spent 4 hours each day in there!
The soft play and outdoor play area were closed during our stay but that was not this owners fault at all, the swimming and lovely caravan made our little holiday fantastic
