Everything was smooth and amazing! The host was very responsive, kind and respectful, the location is up to the expectations, the accommodation had enough storage, linens in case you request more, the bed is soft, perfect for 2 and spacious for 1! The self-check-in setup is very convenient! I hope to stay again next time! I also browsed your website at www.baystoneliving.com and I'm very much interested in trying your other properties too!

The property was very clean and well furnished with a comfortable bed . The location was perfect for my needs. There are a bunch of good restaurants and pubs in the local area. The host was really responsive and it was very easy to access to property.

Le quartier (proche de la Tamise, calme, commodités à proximité, facilité pour prendre les transports en commun)
La kitchenette. Nécessaire de cuisine présent. Équipements satisfaisants et propres.
La salle de bain est spacieuse et propre. Les joints avaient été refaits.
La machine à laver
Le bâtiment où se trouve l'appartement est propre et sécurisé.
Photos de présentation sont ok.
Sur Booking, on peut réserver pour plus de 2 personnes mais je ne conseille pas : matelas en mousse ou à air à mettre directement sur le sol. Si 1 enfant est petit, ça peut aller mais à partir d'un certain âge ça ne convient pas. L'appartement est plutôt adapté pour un couple.
Le manque de ménage au sol (essentiellement tapis, sous les lits, canapé).
Quelques serviettes humides dans le placard.
Le manque de couverts ( pas de petite cuillère, seulement 2 fourchettes et 2 grandes cuillères).
La présence d'un sac rempli de serviette de toilette dans un placard avec une odeur désagréable (il ne fallait pas ouvrir le placard ; ça n'avait rien à faire là)
Manque de draps si vous êtes plus de 2 personnes.
