The apartment was very welcoming and large enough to accommodate 4 people, the kitchen was new and equipped with everything, the bathroom was new too, the location was perfect for visiting Madrid
The entrance door is a bit old-fashioned, the room has shared air conditioning so it was sometimes too hot, and the towel change should always be done at least in winter, because even if there is a washing machine, drying the towels in winter is complicated, for the rest nothing to say

Tutto molto bello, appartamento in pieno centro, dotato di tutto il necessario, molto silenzioso.
Niente, aggiungerei solo un paio di sgabelli per cenare più comodamente sulla penisola della cucina

Excellent apartment, especially because of its location. It is right in Puerta del Sol, which is extremely convenient for exploring Madrid. You can easily walk around the city without needing to use the metro, and in many cases, walking is actually much faster.
The apartment has all the services and amenities you need, and the building itself is very beautiful, elegant, well-maintained, and well-lit.
The staff were also incredibly kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in earlier and, when possible, to have a later check-out, which we really appreciated.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Absolutely recommended!
The only minor issue was that the listing mentioned air conditioning, but we were unable to figure out where to turn it on or whether it was actually available.
