Great location with great view over the hills and Sam Gimigano, very nice hosts, great breakfast on private terrasse, clean rooms and pool area, close to a great restaurant and winery (both 10 minutes walk), possibility to order some dinner and drinks

We really enjoyed out three night stay. The room was spacious and nice, and we had our own little terrace, where breakfast was served in the morning. The family was very welcoming, and made us feel like we were part of the family. Also the staff of the nearby restaurant, Tre Archi, were very welcoming, and remembered us the days after our initial visit, so we felt almost like locals. For sure we will return, and recommend the property to our friends and family.

Lovely rooms with a great little patio that overlooked the pool and panoramic view of the countryside.
Extremely helpful and friendly staff who went the extra mile to allow us a be late check in when our flight was delayed
