The staff friendlies and availability, the room cleanliness, and the location.
The noise in the morning, I like to sleep in because I stay up very late on holiday and in the mornings the cleaners were very noisy.

A gem of a hotel. It was refurbished a year ago to a quality standard. Helpful, friendly staff.
The coach stop to Siena, an easy 5 mins walk. 20 mins journey for €3.40 each way. Restaurant with covered terrace and tuscany views.
