We had a wonderful stay! The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the pool area was fantastic. But what really made our stay special was the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. A special shoutout to Marco, who went above and beyond and truly made us feel at home. Thank you!

This hotel was dreamy. The property had the most amazing views on the vineyards. The restaurant staff were super friendly and the evening meal we had was incredible. The room had a beautiful view and the pool area was lovely.

The restaurant at Villa San Giorgio was an over-the-top experience. The food was amazing as well as offered a wonderful selection of wine for our leveled-up Tuscan experience.
The pool was a great place to relax and cool off on a hot summer's day. It could use some upkeep and polishing of the garden area as well.

The views and location was perfect for a proper Tuscany trip, the room had everything needed for a short stay
The shower pressure was not the best. It was hard to feel clean after having a shower because the water felt like it was just trickling down. However, with the building being in the middle of nowhere, I can’t really say I was surprised.
The staff also tried to add a towel rental charge at the end of our stay, but we weren’t informed there would be a charge. We were actually told off for using the normal towels from our room, and there weren’t any signs letting us know that pool towels were available. The man at the desk told us to use the pool towels but didn’t mention that they cost €4 each. It’s not an expensive charge, but it’s disappointing when you’re hit with an unexpected fee at the end. The staff did remove the charge in the end.
Pool area could use more of a clean up too, looks better on the photos advertised then in person as theres lots of stains and some sunbeds looked to have bird poop on.
This isn’t really an issue with the property itself, but it didn’t seem like the best place for young adults. There were four of us staying here, and within the first hour of arriving, we had a complaint made about the noise we were making.
The complaint was because we were using the hot tub area of the pool and kept turning the bubbles on. We did this because it felt like everyone could hear our conversations otherwise. An Italian lady repeatedly came over shouting at us every time we turned the bubbles on because she said she was trying to sleep. However, this was the pool area, where you should be able to relax, have a bit of fun, and use the hot tub as it’s intended.
What made it more frustrating was that at around 12:30 a.m., other guests were outside in the breakfast area laughing and making plenty of noise, yet nothing was said to them. When we were spoken to, it was by the same member of staff who hadn’t informed us about the towel charges. He didn’t want to hear our side of the story and simply told us to calm down and keep the noise down.
