Great location - at the base of the city, within the city gates. There are escalators up to the city 2 minutes away, which we really appreciated because the roadway up to the main area is VERY steep and we are not super fit! If you have a car, parking is close by and you can drive to the apartment to drop off your bags before you park if you arrange it with the host first.
We had a ground floor apartment, which did not have views, but was very comfortable, with king size bed and good bathroom. There was a separate living/dining room and an outside terrace, which did have views as well as a lovely tree to sit under.
We had breakfast included, which was a traditional Italian-style pastry, coffee, juice and yoghurt. If you'd prefer something different, there are mini-markets in town to buy supplies and amenities in the kitchen to prepare your own.
The host, Simona, was lovely and very responsive to any queries.

The location.
The apartment was a good size and clean
It was nice that parking had been organised for us.
The wifi did not work and was not fixed during our stay.
It was BnB but no breakfast was supplied.
Check in was a bit tricky.
