Everything! This place is in the historic centre which is magical. The room itself is on the top floor with no lift but the owner was very helpful with getting our bags up. It is a beautiful building with a gorgeous view. Very spacious room with great own bathroom. We could hear the activities in the main piazza throughout the night and the amazing bells in the morning. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He has limited English but really tried to help us and was delighted to talk Italian with my daughter who speaks some and helped her practice. It was easy to find but be aware with no cars in the centre walking on cobbles with suitcases does require effort. Very much worth the effort though.

The apartment is located in the center of the town. You have to climb 5 flights of stairs to reach the apartment. Lovely view, pleasant atmosphere.
The room was not in high maintenance.
