Location is amazing!! Room is very comfortable and bathroom so spacious! You can actually turn around in the shower. Staff member Lucca was so wonderful! He was always smiling & happy!! Nothing was too much trouble for him. He gave us good recommendations on places to visit and eat and helped with our luggage and arranging our valet parking.

The property was in a great location in Siena close to the cathedral. The room was also a great size and it was spotlessly clean. Lucca was a fantastic host and provided lots of great food recommendations, I would definitely recommend this B&B.
Nothing to add here.

Absolutely gorgeous B&B! Worth the 89 steps up to the top floor 🤣 don't worry about bags as the lovely hosts will take them up for you if you need help. Location is perfect and it was lovely to have breakfast too. Would definitely stay again.

The location is unbeatable - right in the heart of Siena. I stayed for three nights over the Palio and really loved the place. The room was large and comfortable, and they had a PROPER hairdryer in the room which is every long-haired person's dream. Luca took great care of me during my stay and nothing was too much trouble. It's magical to be in the heart of Siena at such a festive time and watching the celebrations on the street below was wonderful. I worked during my stay here and the wifi was fantastic. Luca also arranged for a comfortable table and chair to be put in my room to work from which was appreciated
Just be aware of the stairs! The hotel has 100 stairs to the entrance and is on the 4th floor (I counted!). Luca kindly carried my bags up for me, but this is not a place to stay if you are uncomfortable with stairs.
