The location was fabulous. The staff were excellent, helpful and friendly.
Hotel had a comfortable feel.
We booked for four nights and it was a birthday trip. An upgrade would have been appreciated as we didn’t book at the lower end of tge category range.

Our room 228 was disappointing for the cost. Quite small and not what we would term as “luxury” in a 5* hotel
The 5% “optional” service which we have noticed that other hotels in the Star Hotels Collezione try to charge on departure (eg The Gore in London). The cost should already be included. Other hotels do not seem to do this.
