The location. Onsite parking an added bonus
Bed terrible mattress past its use by date! Lots of broken items - shower door, tiles, washing machine door would not open, slabs on balcony loose Everything is tired and needs replacing in the apartment.

Spacious Parking available. Short walk to Old Section Of Siena. It was quiet.
The bathroom sink faucet was so loose that you had to hold it while turning the tap on. Front desk was informed and no corrective maintenance action was taken during our entire five day stay.

Clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and even organized self-check-in ahead of time.
I was surprised by some of the negative reviews. Yes, not everything in the rooms is new, but that can't always be the case.
There's absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay – a good bathroom, a comfortable bed, an equipped kitchen, and quiet surroundings.
And all this is a 5-minute walk from the city center.
I'd be happy to come back.

Not too far from the Porta Pispini. I'd guess about 20 minutes walk to Campello
Dirty balcony....mildly disinterested staff. We asked for a taxi to be booked and there was huffing and puffing before it happened.
