Great location, very close to the Piazza in Siena. Clean, modern and well maintained. Great sized rooms and washroom. Easy self check in.
Staff presence is very limited at the reception. Snack room (with a microwave) is too basic

Location was just outside the main tourist area but only 5 minutes away. Room was very large for a single.
More soundproofing of the widows facing the street. The streets are narrow and the buildings are tall so any loud engines like a motorcycle just bounce off the surrounding buildings.

Large very well furnished room. Very clean complimentary tea and coffee. We were able to have breakfast at the hotel that shared the premises for 6€. Very central 5 minute walk to the Duomo and less than 10 to the Campo.

The room was nice, plenty of space for 2 people.
Very noisy! Incredibly noisy, in fact! The noise was from the staff! The housekeeping decided to move laundry bags from 4am until 6am, making a ton of noise! The housekeeping staff was opening and closing cleaning closets (loudly) in the hallway during this period as well. We were awake from 4am onward as the rest of the hotel staff made a bunch of noise starting around 7am. Nearly yelling in the hallway as early as 6am. Terrible sleep, zero consideration for guests. Would not stay here again!
