Fabulous host, lovely stay

Deborah was a fantastic host!! Super friendly and incredibly helpful. We had a lovely view from our room out on the street. The hotel had tea and coffee as well as any utensils etc you may need (including a bottle opener), plus communal use of a fridge & freezer. The location was perfect, being just a few minutes from the main square. Due to staying at the hotel we had a discount at breakfast for a bar around the corner. We were able to store our bags with Deborah after we checked out as we still had a few hours before departing Siena, this was a huge help and we really appreciated Deborah being on hand for us to collect them. Thanks for such a lovely stay.

To be picky, we would have liked A/C in the room, but the fan that was supplied was sufficient to get us through the hot night. The bathroom was not an ensuite, it was opposite the room which we were able to lock when we were leaving. It would have been great if the door was where the shutters were leading to both the room and the bathroom so that we only had to lock one door. The double room we booked was actually 2 single beds put together - but this was done well so we didn't massively notice. Overall, these are very minor things that really don't matter too much.

Superb

Just I. the middle of all Siena attractions. Few steps to Baptiserium, Duomo and Piazza. Moody, in an old apt house, with intriguing view thru the window at arches above the medieval street. No breakfast turn into opportunity of tasting what was offered in cafes around. Very friendly host. Super clean place.

A great stay blocks from the famous piazza!

An excellent choice in an apartment building just blocks from Il Campo (the main piazza) and the Duomo (Cathedral). This Bed and Bath (no breakfast provided but they do have a discount arrangement with a nearby bar for coffee and pastry for breakfast), is in an old apartment building. The room was comfortable (the bed's mattress gets a 10-better than home!), the price was fine (I went on off-season in late November). Claudio, the manager, was a delight; he suggested two restaurants - both were outstanding. A lot of tourists just visit Sienna for a day-trip; if possible, stay for a night to enjoy the dusk light over the city and the passeggiata (the evening walk around town to see and be seen)!

Being right in the 'centro storico' (the historic center) it was a bit noisy in the evening, but settled down by 2200 (10 p.m.).

Good but pricey

Great location, close to Piazza del Campo. Really nice building and surrounding. The owner is very pleasant. Check-in ansd check-out really easy.

For the price, we were expecting a bit more on the furniture. Sink / shower etc should be def renovated. In the little common area / kitchen, it'd be appreciated a coffee machine for the morning, quite a simple thing for that price.

Attilio Camere has a fantastic location and a fantastic staff to match - we loved it!

The staff was amazing to work with and didn't mind watching our bags for us after checkout. The location was great - right by everything! The room was spacious and the view of the roofs was a delight.

The fan worked well, but that would be something to improve upon.

Perfetto!

I was 100% satisfied with my experience. Our hostess was wonderful and informative. The room was clean and comfortable. Unless you’re looking for luxury accommodations, this is the best place to go.

Great place to stay in the very heart of Siena

outstanding accommodation in the heart of Siena, in a beautiful historic building. Deborah was very accommodating with our change in arrival time, and very helpful with parking advice (which can be a problem in a city with 2,000 years of history).

Absolutely fabulous location near all the major sites in Siena. Made you feel like you were part of the town magic. The host was very accommodating. Nice old Italy feel with beamed ceilings. Would definitely stay here again.

Central location. Clean. Comfortable bed. Autentic Siena Medioeval Hotel Experience. Kind Staff.

Slow Internet. Breakfast not provided but possible to have discounted price at near coffe bar. Other great caffetterias nearby.

Perfect getaway trip

The location was perfect, our host, Deborah was super kind, our room was comfortable, we felt completely safe. Our view was so beautiful, we were right in the middle of the Siena life.

Fantastic location

The location was amazing , I was a solo traveler & Deborah made me feel very welcome , all the sights are within a minute walk& less , the room was big & comfortable & the bathroom the same very spacious & extremely clean , I would most definitely stay here again .

Perfect spot in the heart of Siena

Location!! Right in the heart of the historic center. Super clean, room was basic as expected , host was very kind and went beyond expectations on caring.

Dark, loud and unfriendly

- the room was very dark, to the point of having to turn the light on on a sunny day - I could hear absolutely every sound from the outside with an open window, which you have to have open since no air conditioning - they wouldn’t let me leave the luggage at the hotel on the day of departure. Completely ridiculous since I could do it in every single hotel in Italy except for this place Bottom line: stay away! No idea how this place have got such good reviews. Completely misleading :(
