Perfect location (right next to the gate & close to the bus and train stations). And this house has beautiful views of the classic Tuscan countryside.

I loved that the place is an old beautiful italian villa with beautiful art and furniture, very close to the old town and with fantastic view from the veranda. The room was comfortable and had a fan which helped since we were there during a heat wave
Sharing the bathroom , though the bathroom was gorgeous and generally I don't have a problem with sharing at all , was a bit challenging particularly the last night as the guest who had the room close to the bathroom decided to lock the access door. Be good to make it clear with everyone that the bathroom is for the whole floor to use and not private.

Room was as expected. Great view from the patio. Clear instructions on getting into the unit.
Room does not have an individual controllable heat/ac unit, so the temperature in the unit is at the mercy of the italian laws about when you can have heat or AC. The other units we rented in other cities gave us control.

We had a large room (suite), it was very clean. The Villa is located just outside one of the town gates so it was a very easy walk to the centre. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and there is a lovely terrace with a view where you can sit.
Unfortunately our room faced a busy road so it was noisy at night. As there was no AC we had to keep the windows open which meant we couldn't rest properly. We were provided with a fan but in June is very hot, so AC would have really made a difference. The owner texted me to ask if I had a dog in the room just because I had a dog in my Whatsapp profile picture which I found invasive.
