The breakfast was very average but lots of it. Location was good. Manager helpful with sorting out car.

The mattresses could have been thicker and there was no need for a heavy blanket as well as a bedspread.

The medieval feeling. Possible to walk to the railway-station if you have light bagage. Near to sight-seeing spots.

The hotel's position is great, easy to find and also the receptionist was very polite. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Price was good compared to other options in the same area.

Bathroom was especially small and if you are above 1.8m you have to watch your head when entering. Compared to the rest of the room the bathroom seemed old and impractical (the shower head waa fixed on wall).

The room was big, breakfast was good enough for the price, perfect location.

Good location. Friendly receptionists. Could leave our luggage in their luggage room. Cool details of the old building / thick defensive walls (?).

Bit noisy, but it kind of functioned as a natural alarm. Just go to bed in time!

This place has a lot of potential but I guess nobody invested in it.

Location is very good. Old style have it's charm as well. Good value for money

Parking is bit far from hotel, but we knew it, so this was not an issue.

Ideal location for a few nights in the heart of Siena. Staff members are friendly and efficient. Standard Italian-styled breakfast. The room has a nice view over one of the main streets of Siena with many restaurants and bars close by.

The double bed consisted of two uncomfortable single beds that were just pushed together. We would have enjoyed a kettle for tea or coffee in the room. The room had no aircon which made the hot summer night a bit uncomfortable.

Located in the city center. The room was very clean. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Very nice and helpful reception staff. Location was fabulous The room was very basic but clean, ok for what i paid for.

The breakfast was not very good, below standard, there were very little choices available and nothing suitable for a healthy person. if you arrive by car, it is very difficult, especially as a foreigner. You have to drive through a pedestrian zone, and cannot park near the hotel, despite the booking.com site said it has parking. I could unload my luggage though. But that was one of the reasons i booked there. So then I had to drive to a free public carpark which the receptionist advised me to go to and i was lucky to find a free spot there, it was very full. Then i had to walk back which took about 10 minutes. Then i had to o the same in reveres to pick up my luggage!

The position is perfect!
