The location was great, and the room was lovely, with comfortable beds. The rain shower wasn’t my personal favorite, but it worked well.
The little dining area was charming, and we enjoyed the breakfast. I would suggest offering a greater variety of fresh fruit and perhaps a few fewer sweet breakfast treats (although that may simply be the local style). A toaster would also be a nice addition.
One small suggestion: the temperature in the fridge could be checked, as it seemed a little warm.
Overall, we had a lovely stay!
not about the B&B itself, more about the lack of transportation to and from outside the walls to do activities. Everything was far to access

Fantastic location right behind Piazza del Campo. Spacious room. Extremely good value for money.
Aircon did not get cold, but it was extreme heat. Even so, it was still comfortable enough.

Host Mara was excellent with directions to the property from the station and stayed later for our check in All attractions were close by Room spacious and spotlessly clean Breakfast was more than adequate
