Clean and tidy. Tap and go bus stop to Siena old town across the road. Free parking. Good breakfast.
It’s not top end but clean, tidy, good aircon, good shower pressure, good bed, free parking, breakfast included and good (tap and go) bus access to get to Siena.

Breakfast was lovely. Patio area outside is a bonus as the room didn’t have outside space. Pleasant staff. Excellent location for Siena centre.
Air con didn’t work , so it was roasting in the room. The toilet was flushed , then it wouldn’t stop flushing for over 2 hours. Not great when you’re trying to sleep and that’s all you can hear. We managed to put this right.
