The location could not be any better - just behind the Duomo and shirt stroll to Piazza del Campo
Nothing. Beautiful room with bath as well as bathroom. And balcony overlooking Basilica Cateriniana

Location
This time of the year there is extensive construction outside at the Battistero so it gets very noisy. It’s not hotel’s fault

Great location, comfortable bed and breakfast was fantastic.
Rooms needed a freshen up. Lots of marks on all the walls / scuffs. spiral staircase was in an awkward position, I almost walked into it a few times. The air conditioning was not very effective so room didn’t cool well.
