Great location near all of the big sights. Very helpful hosts.
Our AC didn’t work so had to leave windows open Very noisy street but good soundproofing when windows closed.

the location of the property is very convenient. Room is very clean, breakfast is quite decent and healthy. More importantly, their hostess Elisa is the best hostess I have ever met. She is very hospitable, extremely helpful, and has done more than she should to provide us with excellent help in order to make our experience in Siena memorable.

Our host Elisa was so kind and attentive to us and our baby daughter, she was very accommodating to our moving schedule and requests. The breakfast was good and she helped us with taxis and navigating Siena. The room was very clean and decorated in original and reimagined medieval revival 19th century frescoes, the property is very central and also very quiet. It was great for a stay in the historic centre and had good air conditioning during an August heatwave.
I would recommend to tourists and families wanting to stay in the centre of Siena and see the main sites.
There was nothing we didn’t like, it was a perfect stay.
