Breakfast was very good. Staff very helpful and cheerful. Room was and hotel itself was extremely clean. Location was very central to all amenities. Breakfast area was very pleasant considering you were in the middle of the town.
The only little thing was there was no “Do not Disturb”, card which could have been embarrassing. But easily fixed.

The proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants and the park. The staff (reception, breakfast, cleaning) very kind. We had the triple room which was a on small side, but we knew well in advance. Breakfast very good, it was served on the terrace. We are coming back for sure! Thank you ☺️
Not the hotel’s fault, but it can be noisy during the night so we couldn’t sleep with the windows opened.

This hotel is located on a busy one way street in a central location. The staff was welcoming on our arrival and directed us to a secure lot to leave our rental car for an extra daily charge. Breakfast was a strong point, buffet with assorted fresh local pastries, scrambled eggs, ham and a bowl of fresh fruit provided daily. Great town for walking to the waterfront or a variety of restaurants. Be prepared for walking as the
train station is a hike from the hotel but provides regular access to all the villages of the Cinque Terre.
Mattress on bed was noticeably firm, elevator was broken to the second floor, which meant you take the elevator to the third and walk town.
