NOISE!!
Too noisy especially as there were two school groups staying.! Running around corridors slamming doors late!

the cleaners are the most arrogant people and not friendly at all bcs they didnt had to clean we said no they still came in and then they were argueing
that it was to dirty and i wanna explain in english and she said no only spanish like she just talked english
