The room was new. The swimming pool was large and convenient. The access to the beach was amazing. I was given a room with sea view.
I had dinner one night at the hotel. As my booking didn't include dinner, staff were very keen on getting the dinner payment as I was dining. It felt like as though I was a hotel "outsider".

The room was huge and had a coffee machine, kettle, tea which was very helpful. The balcony view does not disappoint and it's just like the pictures.
Breakfast had lots of options and the chairs on the beach were great.
They were flexible with check in because our flight was 2 hours delayed and we arrived very late. So that was very appreciated.
The biggest pain point was the lack of communication from the hotel. I messaged them on WhatsApp and also on the booking app. I asked them multiple times about the spa services and how I wanted to book in advance. They never replied. So when we got to the hotel and tried to book the spa, it was fully booked so we had to go somewhere else outside the hotel. Very frustrating experience if you want to plan your trip in advance. I also asked about the shuttle service and no reply.
The second point was that room service is quite informal. As in, there's not really a menu and they said they don't really do that but they could try to make a pizza for us, which is what we got.
Lastly, the AC was not the best. It's one of those vents and because it was nearly 40°C, we felt like it wasn't enough.
Other than that, it is a great hotel.

The location is great, staff was rather pleasant and trying to help but gets overwhelmed especially in the breakfast area. The beach was clean and a great place to have fun.
The hotel is old and outdated. It is a very decent 3* but not a 5* by todays standards. The interior requires a lot of maintenance works, bathroom, AC system, room interiors, everything is old and with issues. The outside pool is large size however the insulation painting on the pool floor was poorly applied and creates a funny feeling when you step on it. The breakfast buffet was decent, but again far from being a 5*
