Very nice reception area, nicely decorated, very cosy. Restaurant looked very nice.
It was mostly fine. The room was comfortable but a bit sparsely equipped. There was shower gel in the shower but no shampoo, only one bath towel and one hand towel which I understand is probably for environmental reasons as I think we were told at check in that we can get more towels. The temperature couldn’t be controlled in the room, you had to go to reception and request to get it changed. We also had to go and ask for more toilet paper as there was only one in the room and we ran out.
We sat in the bar in the evening and while service was efficient and friendly eventually, we had to look for someone to come and serve us. Reception overall was very friendly.

From booking to arrival and residing in the hotel, every experience was excellent. Dinner was good but did not align with the rest of the experience. Breakfast and checkout were excellent.
